Ozzy Osbourne wants to leave the USA

British rock musician and a founding member of Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne said about the readiness to leave the United States, where he resides for more than twenty years, because of the growth of violence and crime. He stated this in an interview with The Observer.

“I’m fed up with daily killings. God knows how many people have died because of attacks on schools,” he said.

“I don’t want to die in America. I’m English and I want to go home” – said the musician.

Wife Sharon Osbourne also said that the United States has changed dramatically, and the country was nothing left of “unifying”.

“Now it’s a crazy place to live,” said she.

The problem of gun violence was the focus of attention of the American authorities after the two may’s tragedies: an armed attack on a supermarket in Buffalo, where 10 people were killed, and the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde where the offender killed 19 children and two teachers. The law, signed by President of the USA Joe Biden at the end of June, tightens checks of potential gun buyers aged 18 to 21 years, encourages States to adopt rules that deny possession of pistols and rifles to persons, the court acknowledges that a danger to society, financed by the program of the school of security and psychological assistance to young people.
