Putin signed a decree on payments to refugees from Donbass and Ukraine

Putin has appointed pensions and social payments to Russians who arrived in Russia from the DPR and LNR:

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on payments to refugees from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR) and Ukraine. This is reported on the portal of legal information.

According to the document, a monthly pension payment of 10 thousand rubles has been introduced, as well as a monthly social payment to the disabled in the same amount, an additional payment to these payments of 3 thousand rubles for the disabled of group I, disabled children and pensioners over 80 years old. In addition, Veterans of the Great Patriotic War will receive 5 thousand rubles every month.

It is noted that a one—time payment of 10 thousand rubles has been introduced for pregnant women, at the birth of a child – a lump sum of 20 thousand rubles. Also, the monthly payment for each child will be 4 thousand rubles, if the child is under guardianship — 15 thousand rubles.

Earlier, refugees from the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) told about the timing of receiving financial assistance from the Russian government. According to them, representatives of the Russian authorities warned that it would take about a week from submitting an application to receiving money.
