A vessel with 18,500 tons of sunflower cake arrived in the Netherlands from Ukraine

The ship’S PETREL from 18.5 thousand tons of sunflower cake, left Ukraine after reaching in Istanbul grocery deals, arrived in the port of Amsterdam, according to tracking service MarineTraffic routes.

According to the service, the ship docked in the port of the capital of the Netherlands 20.07 UTC (23.07 GMT).

The joint coordination center in Istanbul on 17 August, it was reported that three vessels with food left Ukraine in the framework of grocery deals. Among them was the ship PETREL S.

In Istanbul on 22 July, the signing of multilateral agreements on the withdrawal of restrictions on the supply of oil products for export and the promotion of Russian export of Ukrainian grain. The deal, which was signed by representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the UN, involves the export of Ukrainian grain, food and fertilizer across the Black sea from three ports, including Odessa.

The humanitarian operation was planned with the active participation of the Russian officers of the Joint coordination center in Istanbul. In Istanbul on July 22, Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed a two interrelated paper on problem-solving food supplies and fertilizers on world markets. The documents comprise a single package. The first Memorandum assumes the obligations of the UN to lift the various restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers in the world market. The second algorithm determines the export of Ukrainian agricultural products from the black sea ports, controlled by Ukraine. The second document – the Russia-proposed algorithm, which is a marine humanitarian corridor for the safe release of the commercial courts of Ukraine controlled the black sea ports and back.
