Putin signed a decree on payments to those who arrived from the DPR, LPR and with Ukraine

Vladimir Putin signed the decree on social payments to citizens who were forced to leave Donetsk and Luhansk people’s Republic, Ukraine and stateless persons who arrived in Russia.

Referred to in the document goes on individuals entering the country after 18 February, but not recognized as refugees. Payments shall be appointed from 1 July.

So that left the Republic of Donbass and Ukraine, it should be:

►monthly pension payment in the amount of 10 000 rubles, or monthly social benefits for disabled persons — 10 000 rubles;

►to Supplement these payments to the first group invalids, disabled children and those over 80 — 3000 rubles;

►monthly payment to veterans of the great Patriotic war — 5000 rubles;

►one-time payment for pregnant women — 10 000 rubles;

►one-time payment for child birth — 20 000 rubles;

►monthly payment for each child under the age of 18 years — 4,000 rubles, if the child is under guardianship or trusteeship — 15 000 rubles for each child under the age of 23 years getting his education — 4000 rubles;

►monthly payment is only one parent for each child — 10 000 rubles.

The document stated that the payments are made until December 31, 2022 by the authorities of the regions.

Another decree of the President gave the citizens of the DPR, the LPR and Ukraine the right to stay in Russia without time limits provided “passing <...> mandatory state fingerprinting, photographing, and medical examination for the presence or absence of the fact of the use of narcotic drugs”.
