Putin has banned the expulsion of citizens of Donbass and Ukraine from Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree prohibiting the expulsion of citizens of the DPR, the LPR and Ukraine from the Russian Federation, except for the persons released from places of deprivation of liberty, or endanger the national security of the Russian Federation, follows from the document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

“In the attitude of the citizens of Donetsk people’s Republic, Luhansk people’s Republic and Ukraine (with the exception of the persons released from places of deprivation of liberty, or endanger the national security of the Russian Federation… otherwise supporting terrorist activities, or against public order and public safety) not accepted solution: on administrative deportation from the Russian Federation in the form of forced expulsion of the Russian Federation and in the form of a self-controlled exit from the Russian Federation; deportation; about unauthorized entry into the Russian Federation or the undesirability of stay in Russia; on the reduction of the period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation”, the decree reads.
