Multiple launch rocket system HIMARS until the present significant threats to Russia, but if the rocket will fly to 300-400 km, it will become a threat directly to Russia, said Deputy Chairman of the security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.

“As for these HIMARS, of course, is that they don’t pose such a significant threat. But as you probably also know, and these systems, reactive systems of volley fire, and some others can fly, depending on the category of missiles at different distances. So, when this kind of missile flies at 70 miles is one thing, but when 300-400 – this is different, this is a threat to the territory of the Russian Federation”, – he told an interview Darius Rosana French TV channel LCI.

Medvedev said that the West is taking part in the conflict in Ukraine.

“West said: “We will see, we are ready to create the best favorable conditions for negotiations, we invite delegations, we are ready to provide intermediary services”. West said: “We will nafarshiruyte Ukraine weapons. We will provide money for the purchase of arms and military equipment”. Isn’t this part in the conflict?” he said.
