Medvedchuk’s associate Ivanochko was detained in Lviv on suspicion of treason against the deputy of opposition politician Viktor Medvedchuk and the former head of the Lviv branch of the Ukrainian party “Opposition Platform — For Life” (OPZH)
Inna Ivanochko was detained in Lviv. The office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced this on its Facebook page (a social network banned in Russia; owned by Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia and banned).
It is noted that Ivanochko is suspected of treason. According to investigators, she “actively carried out anti-Ukrainian activities” and “promoted the ideas of federalization of Ukraine.”
The department also clarified that during the searches, materials confirming the commission of the crimes imputed to her were seized from the woman. The court chose detention as a preventive measure for Ivanochko.
