Advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak gave an assessment of the potential negotiations between Kiev and Moscow. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

He called the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia a “death sentence” and stressed that the head of the republic, Vladimir Zelensky, is unequivocally opposed to them.

Earlier, Podolyak admitted that Ukraine could launch a counteroffensive. According to him, financial assistance from the United States in the amount of three billion dollars can contribute to this step.
