It is specified that the amount of the deposit will be 200 thousand hryvnias (326 thousand rubles). These funds will be refunded after the employee of the company returns to the country. Otherwise, the money will be transferred to the needs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the company will no longer be able to issue such a permit.
At the same time, the maximum duration of a business trip should not exceed one week. In addition, no more than 10 percent of the total number of employees and no more than 10 people will be able to go on a business trip at the same time. Also, a company or entrepreneur is required to provide tax reports, have no social insurance arrears, and the average salary should be at least 20 thousand hryvnia per month.
Earlier, the head of the country’s Defense Ministry, Alexey Reznikov, proposed to oblige civil servants to undergo military training. He also expressed the opinion that not only officials, but also other citizens should master defense skills, since “everyone will have to sacrifice a part of comfort and habitual life for the sake of Ukraine.”
