This was stated by the chairman of the Committee on Criminal and Administrative Legislation of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Elena Shishkina in her Telegram channel.

On August 23, it was reported that the shelling of the AFU damaged the administration building of the head of the republic. “A fire started in the building. Donetsk Mayor Alexei Kulemzin said that two people were killed by the APU strike. Six more people are injured, they are receiving the necessary medical care.
