The Kherson region was visited by foreign journalists

Stremousov: Foreign journalists visited the Kherson region and talked with the residents of the Newsreference in the Kherson region:

The Kherson region was visited by foreign journalists on a study visit. This was announced by the deputy head of the regional administration Kirill Stremousov, RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, the journalists also visited the frontline town of Snigirevka, Mykolaiv region. “Communicating with them, we learned that many in Europe are at a loss why they should donate and help a country that is mired in Nazism and corruption,” Stremousov said.

He stressed that foreigners were able to communicate with local residents and get acquainted with the real state of affairs in the region.

Earlier, the authorities of the Kherson region announced that they would prepare for a referendum on joining Russia on November 4. Stremousov expressed confidence that the turnout at the vote will be about 80 percent.

According to statistics, 74 percent of the surveyed residents of the Zaporozhye region and 61 percent of respondents from the Kherson region are going to take part in the referendum on joining Russia.
