Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjarto said that America and Europe have a lack of respect for other countrieswis to Europe:
Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations Peter Szijjarto accused the United States and Europe of a lack of respect for other countries, recalling that the world does not consist only of them. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.
“The world does not consist only of America and Europe. And another important point. What is missing in liberal politics, liberal foreign policy, liberal thinking is respect,” the Hungarian Foreign Minister said, speaking at the Transit public forum in the city of Tihany.
According to Szijjarto, there is a completely different atmosphere in the world outside Europe and the United States, and European and American narratives in most countries are being defeated. At the same time, Hungary’s policy enjoys serious respect, since the country builds it on reciprocity, useful ties and unwillingness to tell others what to do.
Earlier, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary supported the idea of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz that the states of the European Union should not impose a ban on Schengen visas for Russians.
