Serbian representative Petkovic: The agreement on entry documents has kept the peace in Kosovo, the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija under the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovic, spoke about the agreement on entry and exit from Kosovo with personal documents received from Belgrade and Pristina.

The representative of Serbia revealed the significance of the agreement with Kosovo on entry documents and stressed that it preserved peace in the region and promoted freedom of movement for Kosovo Serbs.

The politician added that the document has “decisive significance” for the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. According to him, now every citizen of Serbia to the south and north of the Ibra “without exception will be able to live normally and without problems, work, travel and pass administrative crossing points.”
Earlier on August 27, Serbia and Kosovo agreed on entry documents. EU Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrel congratulated the parties on the settlement of this issue.
