The Ambassador of Ukraine called on Turkey to help in the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war

Anadolu: Ukrainian Ambassador Bondar called on Turkey to help return Ukrainian prisoners of war. Ukrainian ambassador to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar called on Ankara to assist in the return of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

“Turkey is our friend, and we always treat our friends sincerely and openly (…) This topic is always on the agenda of Ukraine,” the agency quotes the ambassador as saying.

Bondar called on Turkey to assist in the return of the Ukrainian military from captivity. The diplomat recalled the successful release of two representatives of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars (the organization is banned in Russia) in the past with the support of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Earlier it was reported that embroidery with a pattern in the form of a Turkish Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) will be sold in Ukraine, 15 percent of sales will be transferred to the Ukrainian army. Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Vasyl Bondar presented the first shirts with embroidery in the form of a drone to the CEO of a Turkish drone manufacturer.
