The transition to machine-readable attorney in Russia in the interests of the business extended to September 1, 2023, said at a meeting of the interdepartmental working group on the development of electronic document management in the economic activities of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

“During the meeting, Dmitry Chernyshenko, said that in the interests of business increased, the transition to computer-readable power of attorney (e-paper form power of attorney signed by a qualified electronic signature edition) until September 1, 2023. Since the beginning of 2022 on the portal they were released already 100 thousand”, – the press service of Deputy Prime Minister.

According to him, the development of electronic document management in Russia is at a high level. “Greatly increased the demand side of the business by 15-20%. While electronic data interchange (EDI) are not confined to Russia is a priority vector of cooperation with our partners. We will scale the successful experience of the experiment with the Republic of Belarus and other countries. Our main goal is to meet the growing demand for EDI and subsequently maintain effective cooperation”, – said Deputy Prime Minister.

It is noted that for comfortable work with the electronic power of attorney of the Federal tax service of Russia has developed a service based on a distributed registry that allows you to provide an automated informing all members of the network about the changes occurring with the powers of attorney. To connect to it already all the major operators of electronic document management, banks and trading platforms.

Special attention was paid to the need to accelerate the widespread implementation of business qualified electronic signature.
