Belarus and Russia against the backdrop of Western sanctions had all the necessary operations to major transfer of payments between the two countries in Russian rubles, Prime Minister of the Republic Roman Golovchenko.

“We had all the necessary operations to major transfer payments between us and the Russian ruble. This greatly facilitated calculations. I am convinced that in the near future will see the effect of the activities that we carried out last year, and this,” said Golovchenko during a working meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in Cholpon-ATA. Belarusian Prime Minister also noted that the result of joint efforts of Russia and Belarus for the reorientation of the supplies from the markets of hostile countries has been the growth of mutual trade turnover in the first half of this year by 12.2% compared to the same period last year. “Sure it’s not the end,” – said Golovchenko.
